PRIVACY POLICY

I’m not collecting, selling, hoarding, or doing anything weird with your info.

Here’s what I collect — and why:

  • Name, email, and phone number: So I can contact you about stuff you asked for — like purchases, releases, episodes, or other things directly related to me and my company.

  • Card/payment info: If you buy something. This goes through a secure third-party payment processor (like Stripe, PayPal, etc.). I don’t store or even see your full card details. Ever. I do not have access to your bank accounts either. You only get charged for what you manually selected and decided to pay for. No hidden fees or surprise charges.

That’s it.

I only use your info for common-sense stuff — to fulfill orders, respond to messages, and update you about relevant things I’m doing (songs, albums, new episodes, merch, events, etc.). Stuff you already know me for - and the reason you're here in the first place. No spam. No shady mailing lists. You can unsubscribe or opt out anytime.

I don’t sell your data. I don’t share it with random companies. I don’t track your behavior across the web. I don’t care what you had for breakfast. I'm not tapping into your wifi or phone calls.

Some third-party services (like payment processors, email platforms, or site analytics) might process basic data as part of doing their job. They have their own privacy policies and are required to handle your info responsibly too.

  • Cookies:

This site may use cookies — small files stored on your device — to help the site work, track basic usage info, and occasionally show relevant content. This includes tools like Google Analytics or other services that use cookies or similar tech (like device IDs or local storage).

If you don’t want that, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you're in a place that requires it (like the EU), you’ll see a cookie banner giving you the option to accept or reject non-essential cookies.

I’m not using cookies to spy on you — just the usual stuff to keep things running and improve what I make.

  • Google and Apple Tools:

This site and my app may use tools from Google (like Search Console, Firebase, or Analytics) and Apple (through their developer services) to help me understand how people use the app or website, fix bugs, and improve performance. These tools might use cookies, device info, or basic usage data to do their job. I don’t control what they do with that info, but they have their own privacy policies and rules to follow.

If you don’t want to be tracked by Google tools, you can change your settings here:

Your rights:

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • See what info I have about you

  • Ask me to delete it

  • Ask me to fix it

  • Ask me to stop contacting you

If you want to do any of that, just reach out to me. Email me or use the contact page.

No legal jargon. No fine print loopholes. No BS. No back alley scammy shit. Just common sense and basic respect.

*This policy might get updated if the law changes or if I need to clarify something — but I’ll always keep it clear, upfront, and respectful.
